Jeffrey B. Schultz

Mr. Schultz is an experienced litigator who has tried cases throughout the State of Maryland on behalf of his clients. Mr. Schultz has successfully represented clients in a variety of settings, such as custody disputes, divorce litigation, defense from criminal charges, or obtaining necessary relief for landlords or tenants.

Jeffrey Schultz got his B.S. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1993, and then went on to attend and graduate from the University of Baltimore in 1996.

Mr. Schultz began his career litigating personal injury, estate and criminal cases in Baltimore, Maryland. In 2001, Mr. Schultz expanded his practice on divorce and domestic litigation by representing clients throughout Southern Maryland and the Eastern Shore, as well as the Baltimore metropolitan area. In 2005, Mr. Schultz added representation of landlords in collection matters, breach of lease cases, tenant holding over disputes and other litigation with tenants. In 2009, Mr. Schultz opened his own law firm.
